If you contact us directly, for example by email, we may receive information you choose to provide, such as:

• the contents of your message

This information is used only to respond to your inquiry.

Automatically Collected Information

Like most websites, basic technical information may be collected automatically when you visit the Site, including:

• IP address
• browser type
• device type
• referring pages
• pages visited
• approximate location based on IP

This information helps us understand how the site is used and improve performance.

Pinterest OAuth and Authorization

TrendNest uses Pinterest's OAuth authorization process to connect to your Pinterest account. You sign in directly with Pinterest and choose whether to authorize the permissions TrendNest requests. TrendNest does not receive or store your Pinterest password. You may revoke TrendNest's access at any time through your Pinterest account settings.

Information TrendNest Collects

When you authorize Pinterest access, TrendNest may receive and store the information needed to provide the features you request, including:

• Pinterest account identifiers and basic profile information;
• OAuth access and refresh tokens, which are encrypted at rest and protected in transit;
• the Pinterest boards you select for use with TrendNest, including board identifiers and names; and
• publishing records, such as content, destination links, selected boards, scheduled or published times, Pinterest Pin identifiers, and delivery status or error details.

TrendNest accesses Pinterest information only within the permissions you grant and only as needed to provide and support the service.

How TrendNest Uses Information

TrendNest uses this information to:

• connect and maintain your authorized Pinterest account;
• display and remember the boards you select;
• schedule and publish content at your direction;
• show publishing history and status; and
• troubleshoot failures, secure the service, and prevent misuse.

We do not sell Pinterest user data, OAuth tokens, selected-board information, or TrendNest publishing records. We do not use this information for advertising.

Retention and Deletion

Pinterest OAuth tokens are retained while your Pinterest account remains connected to TrendNest. Selected-board settings and publishing records are retained while your TrendNest account is active so that TrendNest can provide scheduling, publishing, history, and support features. Limited records may be retained afterward when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup recovery, and are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed for those purposes.

You can disconnect Pinterest through TrendNest or revoke access in your Pinterest settings. Disconnecting stops future Pinterest access and removes stored OAuth tokens. To request deletion of your TrendNest account and associated data—including selected boards and publishing records—email partners@pqr.llc. We will verify and process the request, subject to any limited retention required by law or for the legitimate purposes described above.

Pinterest's Policies

Your use of Pinterest remains subject to Pinterest's own terms and privacy policy. TrendNest's use of information received from Pinterest is also governed by applicable Pinterest developer requirements.
